Breakfast Club

What we offer

Wykebeck Primary School is proud to be in partnership with Magic Breakfast, providing healthy breakfasts to our pupils so that they are settled and ready to learn.

Magic Breakfast provides Wykebeck Primary with nutritious breakfast food to ensure children start their school day in the best possible way. Breakfast gives children the energy needed for the busy school morning, enabling them to focus on their lessons.

Here at Wykebeck we are committed to ensuring no child is too hungry to learn.

Our Breakfast Club runs in the School hall Monday to Friday from 08.00am to 08:40am (Children to arrive 08:00-08:30).  Breakfast items are offered to all children. We provide toasted bagels, wholemeal toast and occasionally healthy yoghurt drinks.

There is no cost to parents for the Breakfast Club provision.

Running alongside Breakfast club is wake up shake up (Breakfast is NOT provided) - children must arrive at 8am prompt - on arrival thety will be taken from the hall to do one of 2 group activities. This club will be an intense burst of fun, physical activity to get the blood flowing around our bodies and help wake us up for a busy day.

We are limited to numbers in running both clubs and places must be applied for and allocated before children can attend. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate 'walk-ins'.
