Start of School

It is very important that your child arrives on time each day as we begin learning activities straight after registration. The school gates are only opened at the beginning and end of each day so if you are late or need to collect your child early, you will need to come to the main school office.

We operate a Breakfast Club facility from 08:00am in classrooms each morning. For more information please contact the school office.

Nursery is open:
Mornings        8.45am – 11.45am
Afternoons     12:15pm – 3:15pm

Our school day times are:

Reception to Year 6 8:55am to 3:20pm

School gates open at 08:40am and close at 08:55am. If your child arrives after 08:55am please take them directly to the main school office so their lunch can be ordered.

The school week is 32 hours and 5 minutes long.

School Assemblies

Our school celebration assemblies are held on a Friday. Assembly for children in Year 1, 2 and 3 begin at 09:00am.

Parents of children receiving an award will be invited to attend the assembly and can enter through the main school office at 8:55am

Drop-off and Collection

At the beginning and the end of the school day, parents and families are welcomed into our playgrounds. This helps to build a close relationship between home and school – we want to have strong links with all of our parents and families.

If normal arrangements have to be altered (e.g. you are delayed or another person is collecting your child), please let us know who is collecting your child. This avoids any confusion or upset as we will not allow your child to go home with anyone we don't recognise.

Please note that the riding of bicycles/scooters on the school grounds is not permitted.  We do not allow dogs onto the school grounds, in the interests of health and safety for our families, children and staff.

We have a variety of after school clubs available, please speak to the school office for more information.
